Monday..... 8k run + power yoga
Tuesday.... 10k run + PT strength & intervals
Wednesday.. 5k run
Thursday... 5k run + Pilates reformer
Friday..... 5k run + 50mins spin class
Saturday... Ashtanga yoga + 1k swim
Sunday..... 25k run 

= 58 total k's xoxoxox
