Celery recovery

So I guess I'm back in the swing of things, I made some positive paces this week. But hey my legs have taken a bashing in the Blue mountains 100k. I ran 20k today which makes 60k total this week but my hammys are tight as. Much more massage, stretching & yoga prescribed by Dr. Pink. & some yum celery recipes that I just made for me tea...

Creamy celery soup 

8 sticks celery
4 small potatoes
1 onion
Sea salt & pepper
Splashings of almond milk

Fry the onions in a wee bit of olive oil then add pots & celery & water to boil & blend. At the end add the milk.

Celery zinger juice

2 'pink lady' apples
3 sticks celery
2 cm ginger
1 lime (peeled)

Must wash down with lots of water to rehydrate & recover...
