& my miles of the week ...

monday    : 40mins x-train + 20mins swim
tuesday   : 5k run + interval training*
wednesday : 2x 5k runs
thursday  : 2x 5k runs
friday    : rest
saturday  : interval training + 75mins ashtanga yoga
sunday    : 20k easy running 

total distance - around 50k

*interval training strength exercises with kettlebells & sprints on the treadmill madness!!

&&& my lap time for a lap of the tan today ... 19mins28secs.
- must be improved!!
